This 60 year-old female underwent face and neck lift with fat transfer to the peri-oral area. This elevated the sagging tissues that caused lines to form around her nasolabial folds and marionette lines. Most times, face and neck lift procedures are done together. Correcting both the face and neck have a far more dramatic impact than each procedure would individually.
