49 year female who presented with deflation and breast sagginess. She wanted to have an extra full and perky outcome. Dr. Shah performed a subfascial breast augmentation with Gala Flex mesh to support the lower pole and then added a mastopexy (lift) to create a perkier look.

27 year female presents with tuberous breast issues that also had volume differences. A dual plane III with underlying parenchymal scoring to release the tight bands were performed with the procedure. Additionally, Dr. Shah performed a circumareolar mastopexy to reduce the size of the area with different size implants, 265/295 cohesive Insipira gel to achieve a significantly improved outcome.

This patient has previous breast augmentation desires larger implants with a lift. Dr. Shah replaced the implants with slightly larger saline implants and added a breast lift to create a full and perky look.

29 year female. 5’2” bothered by loss of volume and low breasted desired a more natural and youthful look. Dr. Shah performed a dual plane breast augmentation with breast lift. In this case, mesh was used to support the stretched out lower pole for long term stability of the results.

54 year old female had lost weight and had several pregnancies. She wanted full and lifted breasts. Dr. Samir Shah performed a subfascial augmentation with 350cc silicone augmentation.
