Many

There are three possible locations for incision
placement in augmentation surgery.
Under the breast
Around
or within the areola: the pigmented tissue surrounding the nipple.
Within
the armpit or axilla
The breast implants are
placed either under the breast tissue or under the pectoralis major
chest muscle and breast tissue. Incision sites and implant placement
depend on a variety of factors, one of which is patient preference.
Surgery can be performed
with the patient under general anesthesia or under IV sedation.
The procedure takes about
one and a half hours to perform
Full
exercise may be resumed after three to four weeks
